Different levels of reflective film have different use characteristics

Diamond - grade reflective film: the latest technology used to reflect the microcrystalline cube. After each microcrystalline cube is connected and arranged, more than 930 microcrystalline cubic bodies will be found on a square centimeter of material area. The lower layer of the microcrystal cube corner is sealed to form an empty gas layer, which makes the incident light form an internal total reflection, so that the best reflection effect can be achieved without the aid of the metal reflector. The luminance of the diamond grade reflective film is more than six times that of the engineering grade, and is more than three times of the high strength grade. It is suitable for traffic signs of high grade highways and urban roads.

Engineering grade reflective film: generally divided into two kinds of pressure sensitive and thermosensitive. The use of the same kind of ink screen printing technology can make all kinds of patterns. It is suitable for the general road traffic signs, that is, the usual, two, three, four, and temporary signs. Operating temperature: generally required at 18 degrees Celsius to 28 degrees centigrade.

High strength reflective film: it is a durable sealed reflective film, at least three times brighter than that of a project - class reflective film. The material has been successfully used to make traffic signs. Even if the signs are in large angle and bright areas, the high-strength reflective film can make the signs clearly visible, and effectively predict the dangerous situation of the driver's road ahead. It is suitable for the general road traffic signs, that is, the usual highways, first, two, three, four, and temporary signs. Suitable floor: aluminum plate and steel plate.

An important role of reflective film is to improve the surface performance of traffic signs, so that it can adapt to the all-weather traffic needs and improve the safe operation conditions of roads. The life of the engineering class reflective film is generally 3~7 years, and the white film front is two degrees (0.2o/-4 o) generally at about 100cd/lx/m.
